The same things have been on my mind lately too with the passing of an Uncle last year and then the kid's Principal a few weeks ago. They need updating and a good dose of estate planning can't hurt either.

OF course given the state of my insurance, I'm worth way more dead than alive. Gotta love good company benefits.
