I become with both candidates

who I vote for this November

Looking around me and seeing the slaughter of children in Russia, the beheading of civilians in Iraq, I rather think that box has already been opened, if if it hasnt, I have little idea how they would manage to go about leveling additional cruelty.


I don't recall hearing that they'd taken to torturing them and puting the video on the internet... The depths of human cruelty is limited only by their imagination, which is, of course boundless.

1)Israel has Nuclear weapons

but dont't they have them because we gave them the processing/uranium to make them in the 50's? Since the end of the cold war the US wants the Jews there for two reasons:

1) It provides a focal point for our SOBs in other parts of the region to distract their masses from their atrocities (thus keeping a flow of cheap oil that would be impossible if we waited for a social order to develop that would provide a society stable enough for us to get it otherwise

2) Some of the more radical Christian elements are CONVINCED that Jesus won't return until every Jew is back in Israel.

It is these two points (and these alone, really) that have motivated 'dubya to turn their heads with sharon. I think it is absurd to believe that this administration (or any other, really) is motivated by any other reasons to give a shit about Israel.

What you have to understand, is that the core reason Americans are hated in the rest of the world, whether it be Greece, Peru, or Iran (and we are hated in all of those places and more) is not because of what we do or have done specifically but because of what we are able to do.

I can't believe people are that petty. I think it is because of shit like this. I remember reading a year or so ago about how subsidies to a farmer on the mississippi delta cotton farmer that allowed him to continue to profitably work hundreds of thousands of acres of cotton were directly responsible for the starvation of hundreds of subsistence cotton farmers in africa because of the glut of high quality cotton priced thier shitty cotton too low...

People hate us because we are spoiled, self-centered pigs who think the world owes us more than we deserve, and we will stop at NOTHING to get it...
