A need for a clarification
Of your question.

Is your question...

"Will she rob me blind and steal my kidneys"
no probably not, but it is quite possible

or are you asking

"Will she fuck/date/blow me if I let her stay here"

possibly but probably not

the question I
must ask is
what are you looking
to get out of it?

if you are looking to bang
a hot 18 year old chick

then you should analyze it
based on the chances of you
banging that chick

not based on whether or not
she would steal your 10 year old
stereo, (unless you really value your stereo)

See
the problem you have here
is simple
the pitch is
"I am hot sexy woman, and only you can help me"

where you are adding

"hey maybe she will fuck me in gratitude"
or
the slightly less crass

"hey if this hot chick is living with me, maybe I can make her see what I great guy I am"

this is only a wordy version of the first sentence with a bit of denial thrown in for good measure.

of course
it is possible that
she will just waltz in
steal your heart (not your wallet)
and use you for a place to crash
until she can find her own place
and move along
hopefully having the decency
to screw you a few times
for the inconvenience

Personally
it sounds like a set up
what
you need to figure out
is

"what am I being set up for?"

and

of course

"will I enjoy the results of the set up?"

some of the most memorable nights in my life
were the results of someone setting me up
for their own motives and gains
just happened
that I enjoyed it too

I would say that it is probably 80% will she/or her friends rob me blind and steal my kidneys and 10 % of can i show her what a great guy i am and 10% of lets get some really nice monkey jungle sex going on :)

I will not lie , i would not be human if i did not have that as a partial motive.
As far as having expectations --I truthfully have none except not to get my shit jacked.
She really seems on the up and up via the emails i have gotten so like i said earlier i am about 85% convinced that she is truthful and honest about needing a place to crash.
I have told her straight up how big the place is that i live in and tried to be truthful with her.....

Still there are a few nagging doubts in the back of my head that are lingering that i need to think thru and deal with before i decide.....
But it looks like i think i will be letting her crash here....Just hope i do not regret it if i decide too.....
But i do not think i will go to meet her at the airport if i am going to not let her stay here...That would just be too cruel in my opinion to go meet someone and then say oh well i gotta go and you are not going with me ....that would just be too cold up .
