Samantha and I have been looking at apartments
as we decided to move in together

so

we decided where we wanted to live
and what type of apartment we wanted to rent
but
for the most part we weren't finding
what we wanted

well

today we looked at a place
and my thought was
finally a nice place
and the rent was reasonable

but I looked over at Samantha
and could tell she loved the place
so
well
yall will have to forgive me
cause
well
instead of renting it
well
I bought it
so
yeah

we move in on Wednesday

oh and
it is within spitting distance of
girl_on_a_stick's apartment
which is pretty damn cool
if I may say so myself

as always

it is good to be the king

the most likely cause of that
is that I am from Seattle
and until yesterday
lived in Seattle

my lovely and I decided
a change of locale was in order

so we were looking at units

Thanks, we were starting to think we wouldn't find anything we liked in the neighborhood we wanted to be in and were considering looking elsewhere, this unit was the last one we were going to see before broadening our search and it turned out to be perfect, which is pretty damn cool.

As portland is in fact south of seattle
I have indeed moved south

just not as far as I expected/planned.

it is still on the table
Samantha just wants to finish school first
which is something I can't really argue with
and prefer to support

the big question up to now
was whether our relationship was going to progress
to the point where I was willing to make such a change
