Yesterday

[plural]

We met after she got off work
ran an errand
went for a walk
at a park by the lake
had yummy mexican food
swung by my sisters house
chatted with her
I kissed my nieces goodnight
we swung by Sam's house
then a quick stop or two before getting home

time flew by and it was already late
so
we watched an episode of boston legal
snuggled
smooched a bit
and went to sleep

she just left for work
and I'm in an excellent mood
[particularly since]
[I'm about to go back to bed]
[for a couple hours]

simple pleasures and simple joy
often leaves me in such a way

Welcome to the rollercoaster..
ups and downs..
the ups are amazing the downs, scary.

From personal experience, they are worth it.
I have been through what you have gone through, every second is worth it.

I have moved to the other side of the planet for the man I love, I have given up going home after 12 months to stay for another 24 here, just to be with him.. apart from loving the country itself, not being with him is never an option i wish to think of.

We have gone through some very rough patches, some leaving us in tears wondering if it was all worth it, but when you find the light through the darkness and come through to the other side you forget what the problem was to begin with and let it all melt away..

At the end of the day you have to be happy, in yourself, with your partner, with each other.

You do not become 'one' you become three.. yourself, your partner and your relationship which is a living thing, you need to remember to keep it nourished and cared for as much as you and your lover.

Never give up, love does conquer all.

I am delighted you went back and put your heart on your sleeve.
