well
I just got home
about to fix dinner
and thinking a nice
linguine with a simple
creamy garlic sauce

Interesting things today

I went ski shopping
and picked out my gear
decided to go
with all Solomon gear
which was actually not a surprise
although the salesman
did convince me to buy
different models than I was leaning towards
and amazingly enough
they were even cheaper
although all in all not by much

I decided to get the 1080 twin tip skis
think it will be fun
besides I often land backwards
and this will greatly reduce pain accumulations

when I got home
a surprise greeted me

A holiday card
from the
Seattle Police Dept
wishing me personal
(hand written and spell correctly)
a merry holiday season

not sure
exactly what to make of it
but I suppose it should be
considered a positive thing
although I am a little wary

Additionally
the first four cases
of wine arrived in
Wyoming
and will be forwarded to me
tomorrow, so I should have
them by Monday
most exciting

and with any luck
that special case
should arrive
within two day
after that

then all I need
is the wine cabinet
and my Christmas shopping
is done
