If Ossamma didn't blow his wad with 9/11, why did he 'follow up' his master plan with a doof like the shoe bomber? ALL of his other attacks were done by locals on local targets in places he personally preached his gospel...

The 'attacks' in the philapines, thailand, bali were all locally motivated on local targets by locals settlling local scores using islamofascism as a way to draw attention to their cause.
