The differences are fairly neglible. I haven't a clue why myspace caught on more, but the fact that it has more people is generally a reason to consider it above the rest at this point. Though you could say that for this reason it probably gets the most attention feature wise.

(Which obviously some people... love.. and I personally find annoying as I wait 2 minutes for a profile even though I have a cable modem...)
