Jalapeno poppers
May. 15th, 2004 03:47 amSo yesterday
I made Jalapeno poppers
which were very yummy
but I think I missed a step somewhere
because while I enjoyed them tremedously
they were significantly hotter than most I have had
and I have a feeling most people
[i.e. people who dont like food practical joke hot like me]
would run screaming after eating them
my procedure was to gut the peppers
stuff them with cream cheese
dip them in egg
roll them in bread crumbs
and deep fry them
I suspect that in order to cool them off
I need to cook the jalapenos some before
stuffing and frying them
I will have to research it
but if you like stuff
wicked spicy
I highly recommend making some of your own
it only took me about 15 minutes
to make a plate of eight of them
[all the peppers I had on hand]
and with that
I wish you all
pleasant and wonderful dreams
for this king
is off to sleep
