strange how it is

[plural]

that however exhausted I felt
and however much I didnt want to go to the gym
how much better I feel now
even though I am definitely even more exhausted

I took it easy-ish today

going to the gym five days a week
makes it a lot easier to not feel guilty
about taking it easy one day if you dont feel up to par
a while back when I was going only twice
I always felt like I had to "get it all in"
when I was there
now, its no biggie

weighed myself on the way out today

am at 84 kilos
[184 pounds]

considering when I moved up here
I was at about 98 kilos
I am feeling pretty damn good about it

in other news
I registered for a french 101 class
today

it has been on my list
of languages to learn for a while
so I figured why not
have some fun over the summer
and pick up another language

of course
the only reason
I want to learn french
is so that
I can refuse to speak it

This amused me very much.

In part because I may end up taking French as one of my PhD recs (I need two languages, the other is likely to be Hebrew).

I may end up stealing that phrase, hope you don't mind ;)
