in addition to taking photos
of things I cook before eating them
to torture yall with
recently
I have been more interested
in taking photos along the process
so
I give you
First we slice the veggies

[japanese eggplant, zuchini, bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas and bena sproutss]
Then we add lots of yummy mushrooms

[Shitake, Portabella and Button]
begin the saute

[onions, garlic, shallots, ginger and elephant garlic]
combine and cook to perfection

[mmm doesnt that look tasty]
Fry up some tofu

[cubed in pepper oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, hot curry powder]
I didnt take pictures of the rice cooking
cause well
thats boring shite
then for presentation
mound the rice in the center of the plate
and surround with veggies like so

[aint that pretty]
I put the fried tofu crumbles [note to self, if you want cubes, use firmer tofu] over the rest but something funky happened with the picture so I dont got a final product for you
[think the lense got steamed up and I didnt notice]
btw the veggies shown here and two cups of rice
will easily feed six people
Stir fries are the only leftovers I will eat
cause I can just reheat them and add different spices to change them
[not to mention a great way to clean out the fridge]
[of a bunch of veggies that you need to use up]
[before they go icky]
then
like
presto

stir fried veggies in a spicy black bean sauce
[otherwise known as last nights dinner]
start to finish about 25 minutes
then you get to relax and chow down

and be pimping like me
*wicked grin*
