Strange realization or no more drugs for this man

It is now
approximately
5:20pm

I have just realized
or more accurately been informed

That today
is not
Tuesday

contrary to the belief
which I have been
under all day

I have had conversations
with multiple people
in which I made
obvious allusions
to my unwavering belief
that today
was Tuesday

Actually
things like this
happen to me
rather often

my concept of time
is rather distorted
ever since the accident

used to be pretty good with time
now
I am a wreck

dont really talk about it much
I dont wear a watch
so I have an excuse
for my poor sense of time

I can lose
or in this case gain
days or hours

not lost as in blacked out
just unrealized
I will be doing something
and then it is 5 hours later
it feels like 5 minutes has passed

and of course
I have been excitied and giggling
with glee
thinking that
in less than 24 hours
I would be skiing at whistler
only to find out
that my delusional mind
had bumped me forward a day
and
the
rest of the
world
wasnt
going to play along

hmm
been thinking about picking up the book myself
I own the dvd actually and love it.

as for being a character, I suppose that would
be a compliment, either that or a testament
to my serious need of psychological help
perhaps both :-)
