I still havent gotten the hang of C
other than knowing < 0 is freaking cold
and > 20 is nice and toasty
all the numbers between 0-20

and you will get it converted.
I'd give you the formula, but can never remember it.
I do know this:
0C=32F
100C=212F
These two facts should enable you to figure out the formula if you really care.
