Tonight

I decided to experiment a bit
push the envelope so to speak

so

I decided to make some
Spicy Oriental meatballs in an Apricot/Soya glaze
served over a bed of long grain brown rice

and

accompanied by a veggie stir fry consisting of

celery
broccoli
onion
elephant garlic
portabella mushrooms
carrots
japanese eggplant

sauteed crisp in a citrus olive oil


all of this
surrounded
with a bevy fresh fruits

No offense, but the previous dishes looked a lot better... Maybe it's just that meatballs aren't that visually appealing ;)
