it's weird that the first thing i thought when i glanced at the picture was "ooh, apples!" am i weird or what?

are these meals created from some innate force within you, or have you had culinary lessons? either way, it looks and sounds impressive.

well, for the most part, I dont use recipes and I havent really had any formal training, learned to cook growing up and enjoyed it so I kept experimenting. I did work for a lil while as a short order cook when I was younger, but not really what you would call high class cuisine.
