I went
shopping today
first to the grocery store
where I bought a good supply
of staples for the house
which brings us to reason #1523
that it is great to be me
I spent one hundred and twenty six dollars on
cheese
mmmm
I got twenty five
different cheeses
Aged Sharp Cheddar
Smoked Provolone
Fresh Mozzarella
Swiss
Scamorza
Pepper Jack
Emmental [two varieties]
Maasdam
Jarlsberg
Edam
Wenslydale
Gouda
Brie
Blue
Havarti [two varieties]
Gruyere
Peppercorn Cheddar
Romano
Asiago
Ricotta
Monterey Jack
Marbled Cheddar
Double Gloucester
disciple
a good variety and supply
for my various endeavors
and of course
I got a nice variety of crackers
should I choose to use
said cheese in platters
I got a barstool
for my own use in the kitchen
I need something to sit on while cooking
and the kitchen furniture
is too tall to be effective
It is a nice wooden stool
and
I am happy about it
I got peppers
Green, Red, Yellow
Jalepenos and Habeneros
a red, a white and a Spanish onion
regular and elephant garlic
Fuji apples
red grapefruit
delta oranges
tangerines
Abate & Rossada pears
Green Grapes
four more varieties of olives
an english cucumber
an eggplant
baby spinach
mixed wild greens
avocados
small white potatos
Asparagus
Green Onions
eggnog
1% milk
buttermilk
sour cream
yogurt
butter
deli sliced
roast beef
turkey breast
turkey pastrami
smoked beef
Lamb medallions
ground lamb
boneless chicken breasts
olive oils in
extra virgin
citrus
hot pepper
roasted garlic
[I am incredibly excited]
[that they had infused olive oils]
[in the grocery store]
[in the states they usually infuse]
[cheap ass vegetable oil]
[which just sucks]
itsy bitsy light bulbs
for the ceiling fan in my bedroom
because I can stand those cheese ass
clear light bulbs that are supposedly shaped
to look like flames
and
regular sized bulbs
dont fit
I got a small round of sour dough bread
and a sliced loaf of 12 grain
both baked fresh this morning
and they smell entirely delicious
I picked up a small assortment of fresh pasta
as I have neither the inclination
nor have I located my tools
need to make my own
a few sodas
a can opener
and some yummy mulled brown cider later
and I was finished
then it was off to the liquor store.
now up here all alcohol must be sold by a liquor store
so no wine or beer at the grocery store
which is pretty lame
but anyway
I picked up a case of wine
a nice spread of varitals
which I had been wanting to try
I got a merlot from chile
two cabs from australia
another cab from chile
a chilean merlot
two italian chiantis
an italian soave
two french bordeaux
[one rouge, one blanc]
a french beaujolais
and lastly
a french Pinot Noir
and I also picked up
a bottle of Goslings rum
by special directive
which was quite tasty
so I tip my hat for the suggestion
went home
put away said goodies
and
headed out for my billiards night
some of you may recall
that last week I score a perfect score
obtaining eighty points out of a possible eighty points
well
lets just say
this was not last week
and
the only thing I managed to win
was a freakin tshirt
of course
that was fairly odd in itself
considering
it was a raffle type thing
and
I do not believe I even entered
the drawing
of course
I just shrugged
and
accepted that
sometimes
it is just good to be the king

Date: 2003-11-12 10:41 am (UTC)You just don't grasp
Women don't find funny men attractive
They find attractive men funny
as for who I think I am
I have been fairly clear on the subject
I am not a poet, although the Williams reference was quite flattering.
I am a man
a particularly spectacular example of one
living a life which most people will only dream of
and here, I provide a service for my readers
in exchange for the service they provide me
With each reader, it is a different contract
but the basic gist is universal
I bear my soul, openly and in its entirely
from greatest strength to shameful weakness
lastly, I would not know if, as you said
"stupidity = sensitivity"
as I possess neither in any measurable quantity
Lastly to address your original comment more directly
I write in my journal what I desire
about my life and my thoughts as I desire
if it amuses me to post my grocery list
then I shall
And if people enjoy reading it
then they will
If they do not
then they won't
you sir, are invited to do either
at your pleasure and convenience

in my custom made oxford shirts
*laugh*
secondly
I pity you
pathetic jealous little man/boy that you are
why dont you go back to furiously masturbating
to poor quality sex videos of paris hilton
and spare the rest of us your inane, trite and banal attempts at conversation
