Florida hasn't swung definitively in Bush's favor yet
although everyone seems to expect it too

which means
that 4,243,786 votes haven't been counted yet

Currently
Al Gore has 60,497 more votes than Bush

so we may have a situation
where the winner of the Popular Vote (Gore)
loses the Electoral Vote

for all the lack of interest in the candidates

if Gore wins the Popular vote
and Bush wins the Electoral vote
We should revolt
not because I love Gore (in fact I only voted for him because I believed him to be less effective than Bush)

Perhaps with a Republican House, a Republican Senate and the Republican Oil-Whores in the White House.. 2001 and the beginning of the new century - will indeed be Armaggedon.

Nut I, for one, will wait before claiming defeat, until the Monday after the second Wednesday in December when the Electoral College meets. Meantime so people should be given the opinion that they are indeed reminded to vote as their consicious dictates.. or as their fear of my wrath does, when the cast their college vote and represent the interests of the people that got them there.. without the distractions of third party presence and exit polls.
