I guess it all hinges on Florida
since at least according to MSNBC
Florida hasn't swung definitively in Bush's favor yet
although everyone seems to expect it too

With 95% of the votes counted
which means
that 4,243,786 votes haven't been counted yet

so we may have a situation
where the winner of the Popular Vote (Gore)
loses the Electoral Vote

if Gore wins the Popular vote
and Bush wins the Electoral vote
We should revolt
not because I love Gore (in fact I only voted for him because I believed him to be less effective than Bush)
