Heading out ... or ... I am no good at goodbyes

my stuff is on the moving truck
my bettie is waiting her transport
and
as soon as my car
finishes getting its oil changed
I will be gone from Greensboro

as much as I cant say
I will miss this place
there are folks here
who I will miss
and
I have never been good at
saying goodbye

it doesnt help when
people cry either

and
the road beckons me to dance
