I haven't smoked in 29 hours
and
I am good with that

not really sure if I am quitting
or
just seeing how it feels to deprive myself
of one of my addictions

there is something nice about overriding
those self-pampering desires
and bitch slapping their whiny asses down

a familiar exercise
the mind controls the body
override your base desires
extend the will
deny the body

and man created god in his own image
