pluralNoe Ubina--b. 1971, d. Sept. 15, 2000: A transient with no known home address, Noe was murdered at 7:30 p.m. near Victor Steinbrueck Park downtown. Moments prior to his death, he had fought a woman over a leather bag, prosecutors say. He punched one woman in the face, but then was fatally stabbed by a different woman.
Robin Annette Langston--b. 1973, d. Sept 15, 2000: A victim in a wave of crime that shocked Belltown, this apparently homeless woman was strangled to death during what police say was a money-for-sex transaction. The man suspected of murdering her was captured a few blocks away from the murder scene
