ahhhh

so I decided

I am no longer sick

I simply will not accept one more hour of being sick
and
of course
it is working

I took a long shower scrubbing myself pink all over
and I feel much better already

next is conditioning
then cleaning

purging all remnants of having been sick
from my home and from my body

then

I am going to work out for a couple hours
before going to the dark room to develop my film

and to be sick no more

ah
