Quel's friend's list is 90% of the time more entertaining than my own. I'm thinking it will improve a bit after adding you, though.
Ahh, yes. The penitentiary! It's very scenic, I'm sure, that that is the first thing you see upon entering this fine quasi-city.
I found it personally hilarious when they built a high school next to it, including a high, chain-link fence and cameras.
I guess the land was cheap.
I hear Layne Staley stayed at the penitentiary once. Jerry Cantrell lives here, and owes large late fees at the place I work. heh.
