the english professor
like my essay

said it was a "fine" first essay
only made two corrections
both were cases where I had missed a tense change in proofreading

not sure how happy I am with the fine comment

dammit

think I will write another one tomorrow
just because

I am off to read a bit and get some sleep

I think that is the problem.. you seek reaction; test, tease, lash out, withdrawl - whatever action it takes on your part to get a reaction in others.. not because, I think, you wish to manipulate the others, but because you wish to learn something from observing them..

When you toned your own words down you limited the potential responses.. and are dissatisfied with the unrevealing answer. *random babbling opinion*
