for a few things
but am looking forward to it

Mixed wild greens with heart of romaine salad
dressed in cracked peppercorn Caesar dressing

flats of smoked salmon lox
filled with a dollop of sour cream
and a dash of roe

Main Course -

Boneless breast of chicken
marinated in a cream vignette
encrusted with bread crumbs
and broiled with butter

Served with

Grilled asparagus
drizzled in butter
lightly infused with garlic

Roasted garlic & potato knishes
made from scratch this afternoon

Brandy infused chocolate raspberry torte

Sounds fabulous! If you're ever feeling creative with asparagus, may I offer my favorite serving suggestion...

Sautee them in butter, Old Bay seasoning, lemon pepper, and rotisserie chicken seasoning until they're tender. Fantastique!
