Onions make me cry

Panda

I realize as an old man
I dont quite manage to keep up with
the standards of cool
nor the ever evolving lingo

but it is still rare
that one of these college kids
actually surprises me with anything
relatively new or original

well I heard the word panda
used as a verb
specifically in the phrase

"Oh, so he pulled a panda?"

I had to pause the conversation
which was occuring around me
to ask

what exact do you mean by
"He pulled a panda"

to which the speaker respond

"well, a panda eats shoots and leaves"

it still cracks me up
but anyway
I have ta run
there is a band playing tonight
and I promised some chickies
that I would join em for the show
and a couple of drink
although
to be honest
I am dead tired
and would love just to be able to crash
mmm
finals and sleep deprivations
always a winning combination
