running out of hope, but never out of sickness

but
todays worry
is
closer to home

my mother
my niece
and
nephew
and
my sister in-law
arrived in
Jerusalem
on Wednesday

been about
10 hours
since the blast
and we haven't
heard from them

guess
all there is to do
is
wait

I
despise
waiting

I'm sorry, sweetie~
I hope for the best.
my mom called me saturday
asking if i was okay after the train crash
in chicago. i'm so mean. i'm like, "mom, there
were only 1200 people on that train. this is
chicago. it's not even the line i take. i'm fine". still, i understand the feeling and the not-knowing.

How scary - I empathy cause I hate waiting when something like that happens!
I heard on the news just now that there was only one American there - a woman from New Jersey. I hope that you've heard from your family by now! Thinking good thoughts for
you ...

try...

to stay positive
and to coin a somewhat old and tired (but still useful) phrase
no news is good news.
