strange daze

[plural]

a friend of mine
called me today

apparently
he is trying to
break up with his
girlfriend of 6 weeks

and
failing miserably

but
life is
weird like
that

now
were she not
showing signs
of psychosis
I would
not worry

but she
started pulling
the calling from
outside his house
gag
and not mentioning
it until the end
of the conversation

which
in itself is
weird
but more so a
pointer to where
things are headed

as for
little old me
well
I have
been slaving away
for the evil empire
desperately
trying to raise
the stock price
at times
it seems almost
single handedly
*grin*

and
Amber's friend
Melanie arrived today
for a two week visit

so far
it bodes well
for a most
pleasant visit.

and with that
I will leave you now
soft pillows
and warm downy
comforters call
to me softly
