it is a joke
but
I do find
it ridiculous
especially
how it compares
their crusade to the drug war
and
by highlighting the constitutional
violations of that war
and desiring to implement
the same violations
on their behalf

sure. I remember Ross Perot's 'big' idea to end the epidemic of crack that had taken over the inter-city: Bring in US troops, give them a blanket 'search warrant' to enter any house inside an area of 'known' drug use, and tell them to 'get it done'.
