Before or after the people making George Bush butt plugs? My bet's on neither. Because George Bush isn't a tyrant. He may be misguided, but he genuinely believes his own statements. My concern is what happens in 2008, when Democrats get their hands on these provisions. But then, we're fucked then anyway. I remember when Clinton was trying to throw Americans in prison for encrypting their communications. And that was well before 9/11, PATRIOT, or the MCA.
