Hmm. Still no mention of Lincoln or the last Supreme Court decision regarding the suspension of habeas corpus. You'd think that would be relevant to the discussion. But only if you're not Keith Olbermann, who has more time to draw red X's on a copy of the Bill of Rights than to even mention salient facts in passing.

Anyway, to address the bold...

My birth certificate is a matter of public records. If the government decides to ignore or destroy evidence, I'm in trouble. But if they decide to ignore or destroy evidence to that extent, they don't need this act.

And for non-citizens, there is still a process, known as a status review tribunal.

The rest of it is exactly the kind of lies and fear-mongering he accuses George Bush of. "Be afraid! Be afraid! You're in trouble!" But is Keith Olbermann really afraid? Does he expect to get arrested for making these statements? Does he expect to get arrested for sedition? Which, by any earlier standard, this is? People were arrested and imprisoned during WWI for far less. No, he's not afraid. Because when he's not bangin' the pulpit and hollerin' for the choir, he knows he's perfectly safe. And that the choir is too.
