Here's my guess of the bill here in DC:
description quantity price
clean and lube chain 1.0 75
clean and inspect throttle 1.0 75
'shop' parts (oil, grease, etc.) 30
total 180
NOTE: they'd have charged your for two hours work because that's what it says to charge in the book.
