I don't think I've seen it since it was in the theatres, and the only thing I can remember is some poor bastard got left behind.

Is there any reason at all that I should see that movie again, or were all the accolades it received at the time due only to the self-obsessive nature of the baby-boomers in the Academy?

Yeah I would recommend seeing it again
It is probably one of the only oliver stone flicks that I like.
