Mmmm Pain

I spent the last two hours
getting the holy crap knocked out of me
by a group of ten to fifteen young men
most of whom were ten years younger
and significantly bigger than I

it was great

and after rugby practice
the lot of us went drinking

good stuff

and now

I think I'm gonna take a long hot bath
scarf some food
and put my old wrinkly ass to bed
