My cousin rocks my socks

So most of the fam fam is up this way

we had thanksgiving dinner this afternoon
[silly canucks, thanksgiving in october? what a sham]

and

my cousin in all her rocking glory

smuggled my new camera and and and
two bottles of woodford reserve bourbon
over the border for me

she rocks

and my new camera kicks ass

I played with it a bunch today

and have spent the last hour RTFM'ing
[reading the fucking manual]

am about half way through

and you know what

I'm almost intimidated

I think this machine is a better photographer than I am
*grin*

anyway

I'll have pictures soon and stuff

have to go buy a UV filter tomorrow so I can shoot
without worrying about scratching the lense and stuff

but yeah anyway
its cool
I am so excited

I'm sporting wood
