Good days and Bad days

today has been more of the latter
although there is no particular reason really


have been feeling a bit emotional in general
guess its just one of those days
where my skin is a little bit thinner than most


think maybe I need to stay in tonight
and give myself some tlc
maybe crack a bottle of wine
get buzzed
whip up one of my specialities
and relax in the cuzzi
with a good book


something anyway
