Happy New Year!!! [you lil bastiches]

in fifteen hours
i board a plane
at
sea-tac airport
bound for costa rica

the start of a nine month
journey

a new year
a new path
hopefully to come back
to where i have left
stronger and ready
to retake what is
truly important to me

bittersweet
beginnings

but it is time
to get myself back on track
and
moving in the right
directions

I will be spending most
of my time
either on Earthwatch.org's
environmental research projects
or
on Outward bound's semester courses

I will be back
officially on the 15th of September
and
you may expect updates
between now and then

with the exception of the two
outward bound courses
[78 and 50 days respectively]
i should have at least weekly
access in order to update
and check email

when possible
i will try to keep up
with your entries
and leave smarmy
comments

until then
my prodigal friends

you all will be in
my thoughts
from time to time

and if you ever
wonder where I might be
just look up to the heavens
and
where ever I am
you can be assured
I am sharing the same view
