(no subject)

resolved the court thingy today
finally
pled to a misdemeanor count of disturbing the peace
got a suspended sentence
so as long as I avoid
abusing any cops for a year
I will be ok
best part is
that is was filed as a separate charge
so it wont show as a plea down from assault
nor count as a prior
as long as I complete my year without incident
which I doubt will be a problem
cost me 7 grand in legal fees tho
which sucks
I can think of several better
uses for that money

am glad to have it done with
all in all
simplifies my life some

been really getting into portishead recently
love the pulse and rhythm of it

figuring
I will call her
tomorrow
make plans
looking forward to seeing her again
