lemme see if I can find a link,
basically it would be a national ID card
which you would be required to carry at all times
and present upon to request to law enforcement personnel
it would also likely carry certain additional information
your medical history for example

for the point of this
survey
lets say
the ID photo
would be taken by
a crew of vogue fashion photographers
and retaken until you were happy

Definite privacy/tracking/forgery/fraud concerns... I don't think the cashier at the drug store needs access to my medical history on the back of my ID card, or even, for that matter, my home address. As a professional Fraud Investigator, though, I can see how the gov't would find this idea appealing.

We would were them on our cheasts, or even better implants, every where we go we could be scanned, so that someone would always know where we are and with who. Security cameras installed every where public and private. For national safety, of course. Only government approved activities could be engaged in. Of course the incarceration levels within this new system would be much too high... Possible soultions include the death peanalty for any crime above a misdemeanor..or prehaps corrective actions that is highly effective, beating drugs etc..... Yes security cards. swell.
I of course can be accused of exagerating but I will tell you this. Freedom is not effectively taken all at once and they know this. It riles people up too much. Our freedom will be taken in small increments , in the name of national security. And they are counting upon the majority of people who don't pay attention who will buy the plan in the interest of national security.
It's a terrible thing and everyone must start really thinking about all actions our goverment is trying to take, think about the potentional rammifications!
