A guy in my english told a very similar joke recently. The class was at Friendly's eating breakfast, and we'd been reading 100 Years of Solitude, and he says, "There are these two guys named Jos?. One says, 'Hi, my name's Jos?.' Then the other says, 'Well that must make me JosB."
I found out later that he had been inhaling the smoke of burning cannabis leaves earlier in the morning.
